1. Regular cleaning
Clean your stainless steel jewelry regularly to maintain its shine. Use a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the jewelry, then rinse it with clean water. Then dry it with a clean, dry cloth.
2. Avoid contact with chemicals
To preserve the shine and color of your jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, perfumes, or cleaning products. It is recommended to remove your jewelry before swimming in a pool or washing your hands with abrasive products.
3. Store jewelry properly
When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry place and away from direct sunlight. Use a jewelry box or a small cloth bag to avoid scratches. Avoid leaving your jewelry in direct contact with other pieces to prevent friction.
4. Occasional polishing
If your stainless steel jewelry starts to lose its shine, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth. This type of cloth helps restore shine without damaging the surface.
5. Remove jewelry during certain activities
To protect your stainless steel jewelry, it is advisable to remove it during certain activities such as showering, playing sports, washing dishes or any manual work likely to expose it to shocks or corrosive substances.

We ship internationally with a tracking service, and delivery times vary from 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination country.
In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to return your items to us. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition. We thank you for contacting our customer service by email before making the return.
All items are returnable, except personalized jewelry and earrings.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Any return without prior notice by email, made after the deadline, or containing damaged, worn or non-compliant products, as well as those poorly protected during transport, may be refused.
